CS CoE JetBrains Licenses
Introduction
The CS CoE has 50 licenses of the JetBrains All Products Pack allowing the use of the wide variety of JetBrains IDEs in their Professional Editions by colleagues.
Terms of use
Who can use the licenses?
The licenses are intended for all members of the CS CoE Department and contractors working directly with CS CoE colleagues. Colleagues working for other departments or contractors hired through other departments are not allowed to use these licenses.
Be a Good Citizen
The licenses are floating. Only running IDEs are consuming a license seat. Therefore please…

Close IDEs when they are not used to free up license seats

Avoid opening several IDEs with the license server (don’t block multiple licenses)

Consider using the community editions of the IDEs. Maybe the professional features are not needed for you
How to activate the IDE
Follow the follow instructions:

Visit our JetBrains IDE Services instance:

Install the JetBrains Toolbox App (if not already installed)

Sign in using your Roche credentials

Click 'Join Roche CS COE'
| If you are a Windows user and encounter issues installing or configuring the JetBrains Toolbox, you can manually activate your IDE by following these steps: |

Open your JetBrains IDE.

If you do not yet have a license, the activation dialog will appear automatically. If it does not, go to Help > Register to open it.

If the IDE is already activated, select Activate Another License.

In the activation dialog, choose Paid license > License server.

Enter the following URL in the Server address field:
https://roche-cscoe.jetbrains-ide-services.com/ -
Click Activate.
